Quinoa Salad with Salmon

🔹600g Quinoa (red and white mix)
🔹1 Can of Salmon
🔹8 boiled quail eggs
🔹1 avocado
🔹1 tomato
🔹1 carrot
🔹1 Lime
🔹1 tablespoon capers
🔹1 teaspoon grain mustard
🔹1 chilli
🔹Extra Virgin Olive Oil
🔹Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Chop the avocado, tomato and grate the carrot separately, then put everything in a bowl. Then add the capers and chilli. Cut some eggs and add them to the mixture with lime juice, then open the canned Norwegian Salmon and crumble the fillets, add them to the bowl with the Quinoa. 
Finally add salt and pepper to taste with a splash of extra virgin olive oil to give it an exquisite touch.

To serve, first form a base of salmon pâté, leaving a hole in the center to place a mountain of mixture. Decorate on top with quail eggs and salmon.
