  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 chive
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 can mackerel
  • 3 tomates

  • Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Take some broccoli florets, wash them and steam them with salt for about three minutes.
  2. Drain them and refresh them with cold water.
  3. We make a mincemeat of onion, carrot, pepper and tomato.
  4. We mix it with vinegar, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Add the cooked broccoli and the drained and chopped mackerel.
