Avocado with Dumon Tuna

Our tuna is preferred when preparing easy and delicious recipes. Therefore, today we bring you this recipe for avocado with tuna so that you can enjoy the succulent flavor of Dumón tuna in a quick and healthy way. Avocado is one of the most fashionable products I see that is becoming popular lately. We have always had it in mind in our gastronomy but until a few years ago we did not have it so incorporated into our menus on a daily basis.


Ingredients

🔹1 can Dumón Tuna 

🔹1 Avocado

🔹Sweet, purple onion and chives to taste

🔹Corn, peas and peas to taste

🔹Lemon juice

🔹Lettuce leaves

🔹Tomatoes

🔹1 hard-boiled egg

🔹Parsley

🔹Chili pepper

🔹Sal Island

🔹Pepper

👩🏻‍🍳Preparation

✔️Mix the Dumón Tuna, onion, peas, corn, carrot, hard-boiled egg, parsley, chili and tomato. Add salt and pepper to taste.

✔️Cut the avocados into halves, remove the seeds and peel the avocados. Sprinkle them with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.

✔️Place the lettuce leaves on a serving plate and arrange the avocado halves on top of the lettuce.

✔️Fill the avocados with the tuna filling and sprinkle with the chopped parsley. And ready to serve!


The best way to enjoy these avocados with tuna is cold or at the same time, so you could leave them in the refrigerator for a few minutes before serving them. You can serve them accompanied by some crackers as well as a light beer or a glass of cold white wine.
